ソウタシエのバングル Part 2

キットで作っているソウタシエのバングル、トップ部分が完成しました。
これからレザーを張った金属のバングルに糊で付けます。

ソウタシエの技法以外に学んだのは、日本のビーズキットの丁寧さ。
海外のキットを作ったのは今回が初めてですが、色々と大雑把でした（笑）
でも世界的に見たらきっとこっちが普通なのかな、と。

Soutache Bangle - in progress

Along with all of the sewing and jewelry making, I had been stitching this soutache bangle which I had bought as a kit.
With the top part completed, I will go on to the step of glueing it on to a metal bangle after covering it up with leather and suede.

As I don't have much soutache supplies yet, a kit was an efficient way to learn the techniques, and how to construct the design.
It has opened up a whole new world for me which I hope to keep on pursuing.
